Ripple Education are education coordinators, based in the North East of England,

dedicated to supporting schools in creating a better future for all.

Founded in 2022, by Heather Szucs (Pronounced Sooch- for all our phonics lovers).

Ripple Education was created with children, schools and teaching staff at the heart of what we do.

Emma Smith, who shares the same passion for doing what is best for children and our local schools,

joined the team and together we continue to grow Ripple Education.

We're experienced ex-teachers and school leaders who truly understand

the daily challenges faced in schools.

Schools encompass so much enrichment in one day and balancing daily life in a school

is a constant juggle.

Navigating learning, needs, safety, time, training and staffing to name a few...

.....never mind that unexpected assembly.

The journey of how Ripple Education began...

Ripple Education truly appreciates the different and individual needs of each school and

especially understands how impactful consistent and reliable supply educators can be.

With this in mind, our sole aim is to support schools by providing high-quality, passionate educators who

will step into a school's environment, and assist them with the daily running of their busy and
